A user sent a blank piece of message to one of the support addresses I monitor.
I responded saying "Is there something I can assist you with regarding [thing support address is for]?"
I quickly got a response back, which consisted of: "Yes, Thanx !" and our quoted correspondence.
I responded back saying, "OK. What?"
No response yet.
