Here is how today's game works:

1. Choose something really wimpy-sounding.
2. Insert the word 'Necrotizing' into the phrase you chose in step 1.
3. Observe that the wimpy-sounding thing now sounds like a scary disease with a macho name!

Extra credit: Explain what your new disease does.
